Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SEOGraphy, including the web application and the freeSEOGraphy Chrome extension. By signing up or installing the extension, you agree to them. Please read them in full.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use SEOGraphy to generate illegal content, harassment, or targeted abuse.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs.
• Respect the usage limits of your plan. We may throttle or suspend accounts that repeatedly exceed fair-use thresholds.

Prohibited content

To keep SEOGraphy safe and useful, we automatically reject prompts that fall into any of the categories below. Rejected prompts are never sent to our AI provider, never stored in your history, and do not count against your daily limit.

• Drugs, cannabis, and CBD. Anything promoting, describing, or enabling the purchase or use of illegal drugs, cannabis, CBD, THC products, pharmaceutical or prescription drugs outside a legitimate medical context, nicotine, tobacco, or vape products - regardless of the legal status of the substance in a specific country.
• Adult content. Sexually explicit or suggestive material, pornography, adult entertainment, escort services, strip clubs, explicit imagery, or links that direct users to adult sites.
• Personal messaging and dating. Personal messages, pickup lines, dating app profiles, messages to ex-partners, and other dating-related content.
• Spam, phishing, and malicious content. Fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious messaging, fake reviews, phishing attempts, credential theft, ransomware, or any content designed to scam or mislead.
• Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans, or discriminates against people based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, or political alignment.
• Excessive profanity. Prompts composed primarily of slurs or curse words with no clear purpose.

We also reject prompts that are too short or too vague to enhance meaningfully (for example, "hello" or "what's up"). Our filter is automated and may occasionally flag legitimate prompts - if that happens, rephrase and try again. Repeatedly submitting prohibited content may result in your account being suspended.

Plans and billing

Free accounts receive a limited number of enhancements per day. Paid plans (Pro, Expert) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Lifetime Deal (LTD) purchases are one-time payments that grant the listed features for the lifetime of the product.

Lifetime Deal (LTD) plans require you to bring your own AI API key. Because LTD is a one-time payment with no ongoing subscription revenue, SEOGraphycannot absorb unlimited AI token costs on your behalf. Before you can use AI enhancement features on an LTD plan, you must add at least one provider API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI) in Settings › AI Providers. Your key is used solely to power your own enhancement requests and is never shared with other users.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. LTD purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

Company and billing entity

SEOGraphy is operated by Apptimistic Pty Ltd, an Australian company. When you purchase a subscription or Lifetime Deal, the charge on your bank statement or card will appear as Apptimistic. This is expected - Apptimistic Pty Ltd is the legal entity behind SEOGraphy, and Stripe processes the payment on our behalf. If you have any billing questions, contact us at billing@promptezy.app.

Ownership of prompts

You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the enhanced output. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your prompts solely to deliver the service and improve quality scoring.

Marketplace

Expert plan users may publish prompts to the public marketplace after admin review. Revenue from paid prompts is split 70% to the author and 30% to SEOGraphy, paid out via Stripe Connect. Publishing a prompt grants SEOGraphy a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that prompt through the marketplace.

Third-party services

Enhancements are powered by third-party AI large language model (LLM) providers. Billing runs on Stripe. Authentication uses a managed PostgreSQL provider. Each provider has its own terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer

SEOGraphyis provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the enhanced prompts will produce any specific result from a downstream AI model. Use your judgement before relying on AI output for important decisions.
