What counts as one article?+

One generated article = one unit against your monthly quota, regardless of word count or image count. If an article fails mid-generation, we refund the quota automatically.

Can I switch plans or cancel?+

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your billing settings. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.

Do unused articles roll over?+

No. Monthly quotas reset on the first of each month. Expert users rarely hit the cap; if you regularly exceed 100 articles, reach out and we'll work something out.

Does the Free plan expire?+

Never. Free is free forever - 1 article per month up to 1,000 words, no credit card. You can run your business on the Free plan indefinitely if that's enough for you.

Do agency/white-label accounts exist yet?+

Agency accounts with full white-label (your brand, custom domain, client dashboards, per-client quotas) are on the roadmap and land soon. If you're running an agency and want early access, ping support and we'll put you on the short list.

What happens if I run out of articles?+

You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Your existing articles stay exactly where they are, and your quota resets on the 1st of the next month.

Is the lifetime deal still available?+

The LTD is capped at a limited number of seats per tier. Once the cap sells out, it closes permanently - we won't reopen it.

Do you offer refunds?+

Monthly plans: cancel any time, keep access until the end of the billing period. LTD: 14-day refund window, no questions asked.
