Title case rules for SEO
Title case for blog post titles and headings follows AP or Chicago style: capitalise the first word, last word, and all "major" words. Articles (a, an, the), prepositions (of, in, on, at), and conjunctions (and, but, or) are lowercase unless they're the first word. Consistent title case in your H1s and meta titles looks more professional and can marginally improve CTR.
